The Elementary Rules & Administration Examination is the entry-level qualification within the Australian Pipe Band College Rules & Administration Certificate framework.
Based on the current Rules & Administration syllabus, this examination is designed to provide candidates with a foundational understanding of the structure, governance, rules and administrative processes that support pipe band activity within Pipe Bands Australia.
This course provides access to examination information, candidate guidance materials and the Elementary Examination. Candidates are encouraged to review all preparation materials before attempting the examination.
Successful completion of the Elementary Examination represents the first step in the Rules & Administration Certificate pathway and provides a foundation for further study and progression within the College program.
